Ivf at Lister London
Yes I had two (failed) cycles with them (and one miscarriage)- I then changed clinic because I didn’t like their ways of working and the fact that they don’t really listen to the patients- but of a money making machine! Happier to give you more details in DM xxx
Thank you for your reply . I am starting my first ever cycle with them next week .Were you successfull at the other clinic ?

Yes 🤞🏻Wishing you all the best for your cycle, feel free to ask if you have any questions! Xx
Glad to hear it !Thank you .
I don't have any other questions at the moment as only been informed details about my protocol etc .
I have some questions after all . What was your problem if you don't mind an how how old were while with Lister ?
I have had several cycles with them. Feel free to DM me with any questions.
Hi Katrina, I had my frozen embryo transfer with them 10 days ago. My first cycle was in 2019 but had to freeze the embryo and went back for the transfer this year. My friend referred them to me as she is expecting her second IVF baby through Lister.
I am free if you like to chat more about it
I had 3 failed rounds with my own eggs. Then a DE round resulting in a live baby and then a second DE round and I’m currently pregnant. Feel free to DM me.
Had a fresh and fet with them and currently 16 weeks pregnant, here to help if you need xxx
I had 2 cycles at Lister. The first I only got one egg but it did progress to blastocyst. However ended in a chemical pregnancy. The 2nd ICSI I changed drugs plus there was stress in my life and I am 35wks pregnant. What was good about Lister was you do get to email them any questions you have after the consultation but the answers are one liners and not really explained like when you have your consultation. Some the nurses are really lovely and the others all fine. For my 2nd ICSI there was a misunderstanding about my baseline scan, luckily the nurse asked me what time I was having it at that first appointment and was just able to catch the sonographer as she was about to leave. If she hadn't I would have had to wait till next month and probably would have missed that one good egg. Wait times compared to Guys were way shorter, usually up to 20min wait.
On the negative side the consultant S Bora for my 2nd transfer was quite impatient and abrupt when I was discussing how many blastocysts/morula to transfer/freeze and I felt pressurized to transfer all which I regretted straight after and for the following few days. Even though looking back now it was the right decision. Sabora also started talking about me with the embryologist not realizing I hadn't left.
Thank you for your reply !Plus congrats on your pregnancy.
Hi Although it's not recent I now have a 2year old daughter thanks to the Lister. I'm also aware of 2others who have conceived and had successful pregnancies with them. Wishing you lots of luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask xx
Thank you x
I’m at Lister. Had a fresh round in October (BFN), FET In November (BFN) and having my next FET Monday next week 🤞 although I don’t have any positive results to share I’ve found them good!
Hello. Thank you for your message . I am starting this week and it's my first cycle so a bit overwhelmed .
Best of luck! I know that feeling, for me it was just getting to grips with the process and timing of everything, I felt very out of control. But the nurses were really good with that. Shout if you have any questions I can help with! X
Thanks so much !
I had two cycles at the Lister. Generally I found my consultant amazing and caring, and really helpful in email follow ups. I found the nursing staff a bit overly clinical and felt like a cog in a wheel but I presume this is a hospital versus smaller clinic thing. The staff for egg collection were 100% lovely. I've switched for my next cycle because while we loved the consultant they're not really involved once you start so that matters less than the day to day care..and going in and out of London was causing extra stress!
