I was given the methotrexate injection for an ectopic pregnancy on 8th January and only yesterday started bleeding and cramping, which is 16 days after the injection. The nurse at the early pregnancy clinic seemed to shrug this off but at the time I was advised bleeding would happen within 7-10 days. Its quite heavy and the cramping was awful yesterday but slightly better today. Should I be worried?
