Experience with smooth endoplasmic reticulum in eggs ?

Hi fertility friends ! I just had my first egg collection on Saturday and managed to get two mature eggs . Both apparently contained smooth endoplasmic reticulum . One of these was fertilised and we are just waiting to see what sort of embryo it makes. The embryologist didn’t tell me what this meant so I have been doing some reading myself and I am worried that the appearance of the egg is associated with failed pregnancy and chromosomal abnormalities . Does anyone on here have advice or experience about smooth endoplasmic reticulum in their eggs ? Just interested in hearing others’ experiences . Thanks 🙏
