Is cramping and spotting normal in 2ww?

I test tomorrow, I’ve had spotting on and off since Saturday and cramping but in the pubic area. Did anyone experience this in 2 week wait blood was pinky red a few days but now a brown coloured discharge from pessaries. I’ve had some sensitivity down there.

I’m a little nervous about tomorrow

Hi Nead08 I had all symptoms in my tww, cramping, twinges, spotting, sore breasts, lower back pain and now I'm 8wks 3 days, hang in there and good luck X x
