All my pregnancy symptoms came and went throughout first trimester. I know it's so difficult because you're struggled to get to this point, but this is totally normal in pregnancy and has nothing to do with any infertility issues.

I never actually had morning sickness just nausea and boob tenderness and I would wake up one morning and feel totally fine and panicked. All we want is to feel really sick and pregnant just so we know all is ok. But having no symptoms at all can also be totally normal. (literally mother nature is so mean!)

Wishing you a happy and healthy rest of your pregnancy and congratulations on your fantastic news. xx

I’m really grateful for your reply ❤️, that’s exactly what happened with me.

I don’t hear heartbeat at last scan which was 6week+6 , and that make me so worried, Hope the next scan carry some lovely news and heartbeats ❤️
