Hi, could anyone please give some advice on what supplements help with egg quality please ?

Hi Hope, Have you read "It starts with the Egg"? It's full of useful advice but for me the biggest change came from using Ubiquinol 400mg. xx

It's full of interesting information for sure - I used the Pharma Nord Bio Quinone 100mg x 4 a day - tablets (mentioned in the book) and I ordered them online xx

To be honest I tried all the supplements and they made no difference. The only thing which improved my egg quality was changing IVF protocol and reducing level of drugs

Highly recommend it starts with the egg It's £10very well spent. It's more than supplements it also goes through toxins ( e.g. receipts, plastic) and life style choices

Personally before my 2nd fresh cycle I followed almost everything ( no makeup, perfume, nail varnish, teflon, organic food .. ) partner also have to make same efforts ( nothing compared to what we have to go through!!)

Some people complain and say it's too much but it's nothing in comparison to an IVF cycle so was willing to do everything I could to get the best eggs possible!😀

I had better results this time around and I'm in my late 30's with endometriosis ( changed clinic and protocol)

I get most of my supps from iHerb in the US. You can buy some things like melatonin and DHEA you can’t get here. They do super quick cheap delivery with DHL. Xx
