No foetal pole

Hey ladies, Been for my first scan today at 7weeks +1day and have been asked to return in a weeks time as the nurse couldn’t see the foetal pole. Yolk sac and the main sac all present and correct.

I had a frozen transfer and the nurse suggested that frozen embryos can be slower to develop so that could be it but of course she couldn’t say for certain.

Any experience where there’s a happy ending in this situation?

This is going to be a long week. 🧡🧡
