I am a twin mama-to-be and I am a little bit worried about my back pain today. How many of you went through back pain during your early pregnancy days?
It is not lower back pain, nor abdominal cramps or anything but just upper back pain. Can this be due to the posture? I had a few office hours, sitting on the chair today and I just think that maybe it is because of that...

Hey Sarah I’ve had lower back pain on and off had a scan today and everything is fine it worries me too at times it seems to come and go though mine seems to be sore after a busy day out or at work xx
HiI am 22 weeks with twins and get back pain on and off, depending on what I have been doing that day. I highly recommend getting a pregnancy belt for support. They look a bit strange but do help with aches and pains.
