This year has been weird for me. Since my last attempt at ivf which resulted in one abnormal egg and the end of my dreams of becoming a mum, I haven't had a proper period. Nearly half a year of no bleeding then spotted for 1 day then nothing until 1st November, period arrived and I felt normal again for 3 days.
Then I felt different, felt nauseous most mornings, had heart burn, lost my appetite and my boobs grew bigger. Knowing I cant conceive naturally I didn't think much of these symptoms.
Then last Friday I had bad back, the pain also travelled to the tip of my shoulder. Finished work early and rested all evening. Saturday night I started bleeding again, the pain was intense. On Monday the cramps were awful, the clots were huge. I would honesty describe the cramps were like contractions. Phoned gp who said it was unlikely to be a miscarriage as it was so close to my period at beginning of the month but in my heart I knew different.
So here I am nearly a week later, still bleeding heavy and feeling so dizzy and sick. In my heart I feel I've had a chemical pregnancy again....had one after my first ivf attempt in 2018....but have no way of proving this, I'm suppose I'm just feeling lost at the moment.
Thanks for reading no advice needed just needed to write this to try and make sense of what is going on in my mind.
