Movement during stims - what can you do / not do?

Just wondering what you were told to do / not to do?

I’m currently 8/9 days into stims and my house is a mess so really want to give it a good tidy / clean.

Is this ok to do?

Sorry if this seems like a silly question, I don’t want to take any chances and my clinic haven’t said anything either way on this.

Yup totally fine! You only need to take it easy after egg collection and 2WW 👍🏼 Get your Christmas clean on lol Xx

During my stims in my fresh cycle I was told to take it easy on the twisting and turning xx

I would say, no vacuuming, but gentle cleaning is fine! Xx

Agree with Italy300618 I would say no vacuuming because that requires twisting and turning to get into the corners etc x

Hi peanut chips, I think cleaning is fine, I’m not doing any vacuuming just because I usually end up stretching or getting down to get under the sofa, behind any furniture - hope you’ve left that to hubby to do I’m having EC tomorrow so only a day or so ahead of you and I have zero energy to do anything except cook (and then eat lol) xx

Thank you hun 😘 I feel a bit nervous as last time I had 12 collected but only 5 mature - hoping and praying for more mature ones this time but it really is a roulette of luck sometimes! Physically I’m ok, slightly uncomfortable but probably better than I’ll feel when I’m in the 2WW and super anxious!

How are you doing? How have your scans been so far? Xx

I have always been told do what you feel comfortable with! It’s defo a convenient excuse not to do housework if you don’t want to! But I normally function as normal during stims and then take it easy post EC xx

I did everything as normal including cleaning. I asked if i could go swimming. They said yes but i decided not to in the end because shielding was recommended.
