Hello ladies! 👋

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing and to share I’m back on the rollercoaster ride 🎢

Medicated FET again as with my flipping cysts they won’t allow me to do a natural one 😔

Only starting drugs today, so transfer not until w/c 23 November all going well 🤞🏻 🍀 Any cycle buddies?

Thank you lovely! I had so hoped to be allowed a natural FET but it wasn’t meant to be... I’m well and truly fed up of the process (I think my threshold is also lower as we have our dear little daughter), but letting two blastocysts go to waste isn’t quite an option either 😉 And of course we’d love a sibling for her - that’s why we do it after all! Cross your fingers I’ll follow your lead. How are you feeling? You’ve probably started to show (and not because of pesky pessaries!)?

I would be the same, couldn't walk away from a blastocyst and it would be so lovely if it works!!🤞🏻 I'm keeping ok, still a little but worried but I'm getting better. I've got a little tummy but dont suppose anybody would really know apart from me. So far, so good!!xx

We have recently started 4th cycle (2nd fresh, short protocol this time). Have a scan and scratch on Friday but have few symptoms of a cyst again, hopefully all is ok. I considered doing caster oil packs which helped get rid of them before but have started norethisterone so don't know if that's wise or not. Sorry to see you get cysts too, they can be a right pain can't they (literally and figuratively lol). How you feeling about this cycle? X

I’ve been looking at the castor oil packs but got put off by the mess and the mixed reports...

probably wouldn’t do it if already on meds. Cysts are a pain in the bum (and I’m lucky I don’t even feel them). Good news is that I have a beautiful girl from a pregnancy with cysts so it’s possible!

Not feeling too great about it all to be honest. A bit hopeless and my life is already messy enough without side effects of the drugs. But time not on my side (41...)

Me hopefully! AF not quite heavy enough today but will be by tomorrow so I’ll be starting drugs tomorrow and treating that as day 1. I was meant to have a natural cycle last month but my ovaries were still a mess from my OHSS so that got cancelled. Got everything crossed that I’ll finally get to complete my cycle that started in May!x

Oh yeah! Glad to hear you’re back onto the bandwagon. OHSS is just horrible (and I only had a mild bout)! You’ve definitely had to be patient. Hopefully with this medicated transfer you’ll at least be in for a go - not much can go wrong (although, COVID is scary...). Wishing you tons of luck!

Oh definitely it was horrible! Mine was moderate-severe, luckily I didn’t have to have anything drained! But 9 days in hospital and lots and lots of needles and drugs. Hoping that this is it this time just to get to a transfer! Fingers crossed for both of us! 🤞🏻🤞🏻
