Hello, just wondering if anyone out there has experienced strange ovary pain / twinges after transfer?? 😕 I’m 4dp5dt and would say it started within the last couple of days but today seems to be the “worst”. It’s not unbearable or anything just on off!
Any advice would be fab as always 💞💞 xxx

Yes- same here. I posted about it a couple of days ago and lots of people came back to say they had the same and went on to get positive results! 🥰
Just seen you post hun! Without asking TMI, is yours more ovary pain like to the sides or more menstrual type cramps? As I haven’t had much on that sense of things like period pains...but back as been a bit like that if you know what I mean lol! Gosh, why do we put ourselves through this 🤦🏻♀️🙏🤣 Wishing us both so much luck 🤞 xxx
Aw look I totally get it. I am constantly scanning my body looking for signs. I had ovary pain badly for a few days- like to the point that walking hurt. Is now more like period cramps and a constant feeling I am about to come on. Hope that is helpful. 🤷🏻♀️

Defo has twinges and I’m bloated but I think the pessaries can do this as well ! I am going out of my mind now 5dy5dt !!

I’ve got the same feelings too, the cramping sensation is odd to say the least and my fatigue has really kicked in, I’m hoping it’s a positive sign too but also aware that the pessaries can cause this, although I’d been taking the pessaries a week before transfer But they didn’t cause this feeling xxx I describe it like a dragging feeling right the way across my lower abdomen 🤞🏻🤞🏻

i heard twinges in the ovaries after transfer could be implantation symptoms! for me they were 
(then proceeded to lose that pregnancy... but still!)
Yes, I had that for almost a week after transfer. I’m now 14 weeks so good luck 🤞♥️
Thanks!! 😀 For me it was mainly the twinges . I could never really get comfortable, especially in an evening. I remember feeling aching in my legs too. Then I noticed closer to test day that I got really sentitive nipples 🙈 That was it symptom wise for the first couple of weeks.
It was my first time with IVF and we only had two embryos and they transfered both. So I know how you must be feeling.

Yes I know what you mean I wanted more symptoms too!😂 it was about 5 days before OTD for me that I just ‘knew’ but ever one is different. In fact I wish I didn’t have symptoms now, I’ve been throwing up since about week 4/5. 😱

My first FET I felt nothing and not successful. This one I had general aches since the transfer that haven’t stopped. Husband keeps telling me if it feels different it’s a good thing. My interpretation is ovary twinges are the pessaries but other aches in that area seem to be a fairly good sign. I also peed on a stick this morning and it’s a fairly strong positive (7dpt today) my OTD is Thursday. So hey for me it’s been a GREAT sign so far!

When you say aches, do you mean you had similar as in feelings / pains around ovaries? I also have a kind of strange feeling of “pressure” if that’s the right word around that area! But other than that I have no other symptoms 😕 Really trying to keep positive!! Congrats again ☺️ Xx

Yes aches is too strong a word. I’ve felt a pressurey sensation since the transfer, over the womb area in general which hasn’t stopped at any point. Sometimes I can tune it out but it’s there and sometimes it gets abit more but never painful. I don’t normally get any pains or twinges at time of the month so this is a new sensation to me entirely. Before the transfer and still now I get little twinges and still do more on the left and right sides where ovaries are which the nurses said will be the drugs keeping them quiet.
Hope that helps 🤷🏼♀️ It’s so hard trying to describe! And I’m worried as some people don’t get any sensations at all! So now I’m wondering if it’s attached where it ought to etc etc the crazies are kicking in!!!
Just have to remember everyone’s journey is different! Keep positive about how you are feeling and what you feel 🤞🏼🤞🏼
I found traces of blood during the night, it’s so scary, nothing this morning and cramping has dulled somewhat ,,,, I did go for a fairly long walk yesterday though and felt so tired I had to stop for a little bit. It could be a strain on the body but hoping it’s signs of implantation 🤞🏻

Hiya hun, try not to worry! There’s a very strong chance it’s an implantation spotting as you say - it’s rare you bleed for any other reason because the meds are keeping if at bay! I would try to see it as a good sign definitely! 🙏🤞❤️ If it’s any consolation I’ve had nothing like that and feel pretty “normal” apart from the twinges mentioned so I’m not feeling hugely optimistic 😕 ... I can’t believe it’s only Tuesday for us lol! I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to test by the weekend with the way it’s going 🤷🏻♀️... How are you? Xxxx
I’m good thanks still twinging and go bk to work tomorrow thank goodness as this waiting is killing me, I can honestly say I was a little nervous in the night seeing the spotting I’m optimistic but staying grounded ,, awww don’t feel disheartened as the twinges are a good sign and some people feel nothing and still get a positive 🤗 ,,,,, I don’t think I’m going to test early incase it’s a negative and that’s because I’ve not waited the full 2 weeks , it’ll stress me out even more and I’ll end up testing every day after that in the hope it changes 🙄 xx The nurse told me to try not to test early for this reason xx You got this 💪🏻👊🏻 What’s your plans over the next week? I’m actually debating on painting 🖼 something I’ve wanted to do but never found a good enough reason too xx
This has started for me this morning, I’m 3dp3dt. I can feel a pulling sensation coming and going on my left side. Not painful, just a dull twinge.
Can’t believe I’m already googling symptoms on day 3! I promised myself I wouldn’t do this! 🙈
Oh hun I totally get it! I’ve been exactly the same and wind myself up so much as we are just torturing ourselves.. I said to my husband the other day I wish someone could just knock me out for the next weeks 🤦🏻♀️🤣 Fingers crossed it is a good sign for us!! 🙏💞
I had the same ovary pain and twinges that started about 3 or 4dp5dt. For me it was a positive sign as I’m now 18 weeks with twins! Hoping for a positive for you too!!
I'm 6dp5dt and getting lots of the same feelings - little twinges, mild cramps, that 'pressure' feeling. They're not constant but kind of come and go. I'm on 3 X 200mg utrogestan daily so I know a lot of it is probably down to that - especially the bloating - but still feel like there's something more to it! Blood test is Saturday which means we won't get results until Monday so definitely going to do a home test before then!
