Had nausea all week 7 but now completely gone at week 8?

Is this normal? For pregnancy nausea to start and then completely disappear? I haven’t been nauseous for the last two days! Trying not to worry but here I am worrying. Has anyone else experienced similar but everything went on to be OK? I also have no other symptoms except maybe more tired but even that’s not too bad. I have my scan tomorrow to check on both babies but I was just hoping that what I’m experiencing is normal and not an indication that something is going wrong.

Hi Mrs_MT. Try not to worry about symptoms yet, they can be due to hormones or medication you are taking. Just have a rest when you can and I hope all goes well with the scan. Diane

Nausea can come and go my love 2 days its not here give it couple days it'll surely be back i know how worrying it can be, bless you!! Wish you luck for tomorrow hun. 😘💗

Hi, I had exactly the same worry at I think pretty much identical timing to you, 7-8 weeks. All was fine, I guess it’s true symptoms can come and go as they please, so try to relax and hoping all is good at your scan. I am now almost 16 weeks and still worry about everything, if I sneeze too hard etc etc 🙈

when people told me to enjoy it, I looked at them crazy like I need my symptoms to be here. I can attest to tell you to enjoy it. It will come back!!
