Feeling Dizzy on day 12 after embryo transfer

Hello Ladies,

Today is my day 12 after embryo transfer, feeling weak,dizzy like about to faint.Not able to concentrate on work . I thought may b iam low sugar,so had lemonade but still the same.Should I be concerned?

I was dizzy a few days before test and was positive. Had a few spells since as well. Good luck.x
