Prep for Frozen transfer

Natural cycle for frozen transfer. Do you take the three progynova tablets at once or spread over the day??

I Was told to spread it out. Do ask your clinic as different people are prescribed different doses and it can happen that you need to take multiple pills per go. Xxx

My box says throughout the day. Just started mine today.

I am currently on them and spread them out, one with Breakfast, one with Lunch and one at Dinner xx
