Fibriods?

Hi everyone, so since it's harder to get a GP appointment at the moment with covid, I did some research on secondary infertility and infertility in general. I've basically spent a few months thinking I possibly had endometriosis but today I came upon fibriods. Does anyone have those? I have nearly every symptom and I am 10 months ttc my second child. Any advice?

*I had pains at 6 weeks with my 1st baby, they sent me for a transvaginal scan and found the pain to be a "hormonal cyst". Just thought I'd add that incase it helped with my diagnosis*

Ps. I am aware you guys can't tell me for certain but I just would like some advice. I am currently waiting to hear back from a doctor.

Thank you.

My clinic told me that we all actually have fibroids, some are tucked away in the walls etc and dont cause problems but some can be big and get in the way. Depending on the size and position of them they may need to be removed before transfer/ pregnancy. But from what I have been told I'm sure they are easy enough to be seen on a vaginal scan to be sure. Hope that helps x

Just to add I was fobbed of years ago being told I had secondary infertility when infact after more investigations it was found that I actually had blocked tubes and my only chance to conceive was ivf. So if your concerned my advice would be to get checked sooner rather than later to rule out anything else. Good luck x

Thank you, so sorry you had to go through this. Infertility is hard. My 1st was conceived on the first cycle so this is all new to me 💔 I have booked an appointment to see a doctor next week, I'm going to stand my ground if they try to fob me off, I just know somethings up x

They can be seen when you get a scan. I have several large ones. Not all fibroids affect fertility either (although mine are large Thu are outside uterus so just leaving them be for now).If you go on Google unfortunately you can diagnose yourself with almost anything. Try not to worry. If you have specific symptoms that are concerning you then speak to your doctor x

Thank you for the comment. I am in fact going to speak to my doctor rather than doctor Google lol x

I have two fibroids, one intramural subserosal fibroid, 6.5 * 5.7

And other one intramural in right 5*3.9

Both with pressure affect,

My Dr told me that tomorrow while collecting he will check the situation, if not good he will freeze embryos then start medicine for fibroids to shrink them and after few months will transfer them.
