Crinone gel & constipation

Hello all

I'm 5dpt -fresh cycle. Nothing left to freeze. Have got constipation probably because of crinone gel pessaries. Anyone had this before & what did you do to help it? I'm drinking plenty of water & fibre. Thanks ☺️

Hi KriSho. Oh dear that's not nice. I agree that it's probably down to the Crinone gel. Obviously carry on with lots of water and vegetables etc., but if it carries on then perhaps try some Fybogel to drink. It is quite safe and will soften and make your motions easier to deal with. Quite safe for you and your little one. If it persists then speak with your GP. Hope it soon settles. Diane
