I Need help .

I have been having spotting for 7 days now light pink or brown blood with mild cramping on and off. It started a day before I was due my periods. I have also been having headaches and lower backaches . I’m really moody as it is but feel my mood swings are getting worst that could be just hormonal but I’m very confused and can’t help myself. I have done one clear blue digital pregnancy test on the day when my periods were late and second 3-4 days after and both came negative.

My periods are normal lasts 3-4 days . Apology for gross picture below

I would probably re-test in a few more day, then call nurse/doc for review if AF doesn’t arrive but still not picking up on stick. Xx
