ET failed after first fresh cycle??

Hi, I was 4 weeks after ET with first fresh cycle and I started spotting brown blood later developed to red and continued with full flow bleeding.. I had lots of cramps and some abdominal pain (I took paracetamol to reduce) and I have done pregnancy test this morning and it's negative.. 😭😭😭 both myself and my husband are so gutted .. 😣😣 this is our first ET with fresh cycle.. did anyone experience the same.. any ideas why it failed.. I am yet to hear back from my fertility clinic.. is this normal? What is the next process? What precautions I should take! Please provide your valuable suggestions..🙏

Hi Kruthi. So, so sorry to hear this, and I hope you've ot plenty of support just now. Often down to just awful bad luck first time, and often no reason found for the failure. DianeArnold thanks for your reply. Sure I will send an email to you. I spoke to my clinic, but my consultant is on vacation. So I have to wait till September 10th until she is available to get review from her.
