MRI scan for endo

Hi all, I was wondering if someone here has had an MRI scan to detect endometriosis and if so how much did it cost privately, ie how much did your fertility clinic charge you for it?

Hi Lifetocherish, I have had one, and have another one at the end of this month. I’m not living in the UK at the moment, but to give you an idea it cost me the equivalent of £220. Its not the funnest experience in the world and I suggest you take an eye mask (like those u get on aeroplanes). Good luck!

Thank you Gabriela. We just had the call to make the appointment. For anyone else needing to know, the cost is £398 for me. I’m told it’s 25 minutes as the pelvic region requires slightly longer than other MRI’s.
