I know what you mean, after 7 weeks on the long protocol I don’t know what to do with myself either! Trying to keep busy and also give my body a chance to recover and rest. Hope you’re feeling better today x

So sorry to hear this KitKat82. I have been there twice and its incredibly hard. What helped me was to try and make a plan for next steps straight away. So I booked a consultation with my doctor as soon as I could and discussed potential next steps with my husband. It helped me focus on planning a new journey and giving myself hope. xxxx

Me too - just phoned the clinic to say AF arrived right on time. They have advised me to do a test today as it is otd, so I will, but I am right there with you ❤❤❤

Hope you feel better soon KitKat, for me it helped to test early so I was mentally ready for being out. It has also helped me to think on getting onto the next cycle asap and opening up to the possibility of egg donor if needed. Wish you well xx
