Hope everyone is well and keeping safe in this crazy world we are living in right now!!
I havent posted in a while however I have been keeping up with all the posts!!
I bought some DEHA as after having x2 failed ICSI cycles due to my eggs not been the highest of quality I thought I would give this ago, however i ordered from Biovea which has taken the best part of 2 weeks to arrive however they have arrived, but I have ordered 50mg and when I have read up they have stated the recommended daily amount is 75mg ? Rather than re ordering and waiting the weeks for it to arrive would you take x2 50mg or just x1 50mg? Not sure what to do for the best?
Thanks in advance!!!

I you are sticking with the 50 dose then I would go ahead and take just the 50 a day or I guess you could do 50 one day then 100 the next and so on if you want to keep the levels of taking 75 per day. I dont think I'd take 100 per day - looking at your previous posts you as you are quite young.xx
Thank you!! Yes that's a good idea also!! Yes it says for it be effective you should take 75mg so I think I might do what you have suggested 100mg one day and 50mg the next day.
Hi Lorna. I have been taking these for 3 months expecting to start my 2nd cycle, however, due to the clinic delays I am eagerly awaiting my 2nd delivery from Biovea! This post has given me some good ideas, not sure what size I ordered now! Best of luck, Jen xxx
I ordered from Biovea and waited over 6 weeks for my order of COQ10 and DHEA to arrive. Not impressed! But understand delivered were delayed due to Covid. Wish they'd mentioned that at check out though.
Has your clinic approved use of DHEA? Just be aware that because it’s testosterone based unless you’ve had it confirmed by a blood test that your natural levels are low taking DHEA can actually decrease egg quality and fertility generally if you take it when you don’t need it
Totally agree with this. clinic recommended DHEA without firstly checking my testosterone levels. My helpful GP got them checked and (after taking DHEA) they were too high so I discontinued it. Had I continued with it, it could have impacted negatively on my ivf cycle (which was successful) x
Hey sorry for late response!! No my clinic hasnt give me the go ahead to take it I'm self medicating, im taking x1 50mg a day... to be honest with the covid lockdown and my two failed rounds of ICSI I needed to do something to bring it back to being a positive... I have read so many stories on here of this having a positive impact on an egg, I am worried that this could have the opposite affect now but not sure what I need to do for the best, my clinic has only just opened and I didnt have a paper work appointment so I'm low on the waiting list considering switching clinic as I am self funded but not sure what to do for the best, as you can see I've most definatley got my SH* T together 😂🤦♀️!!
Thanks for your response much appreciated, best of luck to you both x
