Hi ladies

Just wanting to know a little advice my partner has low sperm and we have one embryo left which we will be having put back in when all this covid is over I was just wondering is there anything your partners took to help really improve sperm I know this is a long shot but I want to try everything, i had a polyp removed last November and before we have this last embryo put in my consultant wants me to have a scrape

My hubby ate more carrots then I could imagine and keep exercising more regularly..stopped placing his laptop on his laps and more on the table and ate more fruits and veggies and some beans ...

It took over a year tho and also took wellman tablets...

So all these helped !!!

Selenium and zinc. No hot showers. No tight underwear. Limited alcohol. Good diet, especially green veg. No laptop on knee. He also took pre conception vitamins (tesco ones in a double box with the womans)xx

Mediterranean diet.

Men’s fertility supplements ...viridian, wild nutrition and bud do good ones.

Vit D and Zinc v important...can get vid D from sun exposure 20min 3 x per week from April - Sept in UK (outside of those months use a supplement like the DLux3000 mouth spray)

Takes 90 days to affect the sperm for the better so it’s a great time to start

Tell him not to keep mobile phone in his pocket or laptop on his lap. No tight hipster jeans or bike riding.

my partner lives a healthy lifestyle but still had this issue, only thing we could really think of was no peas and menevit! It didn't do much tbh. I think to some extend its down to a little bit of luck! So I hope it all goes well for you xxx
