Sorry to hear about the cancellation / postponement, what a nightmare this has been! I'm sure you are disappointed about the waiting, but honestly your embryos are really good! 5 blastocysts is a very good result and they are all very good to fair quality. You have an excellent chance with those!! Fingers crossed they can get you in for a FET asap!!π€π€ xxxx
Thanks for your reply. I think I was lucky to get the results I did. Iβm just hoping one of them is going to stick and give me my miracle. The world is a crazy place right now although Iβm disappointed in the clinic cancelling further treatment I know that a lot of us are in the same boat. A lot of peopleβs life are on hold in different ways. I would rather not waste good embryos and wait until the time is right. Good luck to your on your journey π xxxx
Sorry to hear your treatment is cancelled, mine too... I feel disappointed but we know itβs a postponement only...with people dying because there arenβt enough ventilators and medical staff, we have to keep it in perspective - itβs minor in comparison to that. I wonder if they will recruit private clinical staff to help in the crisis? We all need to keep our immune systems strong, do our bit, and keep the faith π
Well done Faith. I m sure alot of us would want to have 5 possible bubbas waiting for us after this horrible situation is over. It also means for these 5 your biological clock isnt ticking so have faith xx
Sorry your transfer has been cancelled but on the other note you blastocysts are all very good quality, the 3BB/5BC of slightly lesser quality but still decent. They only freeze the good quality ones!xx
Thanks Cinderella. I thought that might have been the case looking at the results but I suppose if they are frozen all good. How can a 3bb be a blastocyst tho? Iβm confused xx
The numbers correlate to how well the blastocyst is expanding. The first number is how good the inner cell mass looks (which becomes the baby) and the second letter is for how good the Trophectoderm Epithelium looks. The higher the number the better and A is best for the others. Ive copied a link below, its american but has some good pics and an explanation for you! Hope it helps.xx
No, blastocysts are usually frozen on day 5 and occasionally day 6 if they are slow - you'll see most of yours were frozen on day 5 and another one on day 6 in the pic you posted. The number is how well the blastocyst has expanded. Hopefully the link helps.xx
