I have been fortunate enough to get my first ever BFP in my whole life this week.
I was admitted to hospital this week with severe pain on right side that turned out to be a burst cyst on my ovary that were measuring at 9cm each so 3x bigger than normal! I’m feeling much better now and have been told to take it easy due my my humongous ovaries! They checked my beta HCG while I was there 8DPT and it was 114.
Today at 10DPT ive been having lower belly cramps since before bed last night, still have them now, and a pulling sensation on & off below my belly button.
I know it can just be body adjusting but i’m petrified it could be a chemical pregnancy.
Anyone got any advice? xx

Huge congratulations on your BFP that’s brilliant 😁I had cramps throughout my whole pregnancy which midwife said is very normal as things stretch & baby grows as long as it’s not severe abdominal pain followed by heavy bleeding try not to worry was the advice I was given much easier said than done!!!! Yours is probably second implantation & hope it eases soon.
Thank you Jess! That is reassuring. Very odd because i was desperate for a cramp, anything a week ago! Now i’m like aaahhhh this doesnt feel right! Ive had it for almost 20hours now 😕
I have just paid online for a private beta hcg blood test early next week, hopefully that will give me reassurance xx
I think you’re about a week behind me and last week i had cramps all week! I’m holding onto the advice that cramps are totally normal, it’s a good sign of everything readjusting.
I got the ClearBlue weeks indicator test and have been testing just once a week and thankfully it’s showing the weeks are progressing so I feel reassured now.
Oh wow congratulations on the bfp!! Cramps are normal, although absolutely every single thing on this journey is scary! Oh my - on the burst cyst!! That sounds painful! Well done on pulling yourself through all this. You're doing really well. Rest up and I'm wishing you all the best. xxxx
