I’m due to start my first IVF cycle on my upcoming AF. I’ve always been regular like clockwork...every 28 days.
But, my consultant put me into Levothyroxcin in January which delayed February’s AF by a couple of days (although I had a full 8 days of spotting before CD1).
I normally spot for a couple of days before AF and I’m now on CD30 with no spotting, no sign of Aunt Flo anywhere.
Has anyone else had their cycle become irregular after starting Levothyroxcin?
And, does it ever settle back down?
Thank you in advance 😘 xxx

This happened to me too. When I started Levothyroxine I felt great, I had one period and then it went AWOL and I had a very long cycle, I wasn’t due to start any treatment so I’d actually forgotten about it happening until I read your post. I think for a few months it was out and then got back to normal.
My period also took its time coming when I was due to start IVF (months after my period had settled back to normal) 🙄😂 I had to phone the clinic who told me to keep waiting, I was started to get worried my down reg would wear off. Then I googled how to make it come to no avail. It came a week later so I think it was just AF keeping me on my toes, I’ve seen a lot of people with the same issue since, it’s like your body knows you want it to come.
I do hope it turns up soon 😊 and your IVF cycle goes well ♥️ x
