Bless you having been there I know how difficult it is, sending you hugs.
I don't think you can really conclude anything after this morning's test. They all vary in strength, you could have had a dud, and it could literally be you drank loads more water overnight than you did the night before or something like that.
I am afraid all you can do is wait a little longer, but these tests aren't 100% accurate - so if you can wait it out a week or so you could self refer to an early pregnancy unit. However in my experience they won't see you as early as you are and they sort of dismiss home pregnancy tests as not 100% accurate, a line is a line etc.
If you do want to test again.. Maybe wait 48 hours and then test and give your HCG levels time to double. if that test is again really faint then I am afraid it does sound like a chemical but I wouldn't give up hope quite yet.
When is your OTD? Does your clinic do a blood test - at least that way you would know for sure (not all of them do - mine won't)
Masses of luck xx

Anyway my otd was yesterday which was 11 dpt but by mistake i tested thursday 10dpt using the clinics tests which was faint first but bacame very dark later. Its. 25 miu test.
I will have to test tomorrow again with the second test they gave me and you are right just need to see where we will be tomorrow. They dont do blood tests and told me to come pick up more progesterone pessaries if my second test is positive.
