Period arrived.

Period arrived yesterday after failed first IVF. I m happy it came quickly as means we can move on. My period is really heavy (red) but no clots and no cramps (apart from a little lower back pain which I have had for over a week), is this a normal period after IVF?

Like Diane (who is the professional!) said sounds really normal! Mine is always super heavy, but relatively quick - quicker than a normal cycle. I do find my next couple are sometimes a bit weird and it takes a while to settle back in because of all the drugs, so don't panic if you next one is a little delayed - its quite normal. Hope you are doing ok and good luck for your next cycle x
