Ooh that's exciting ☺️ I think mine will be 15th Feb. Only thing I'm going to do differently this time is try acupuncture. Have you tried it? Xx
Ohhh we could be doing the wait pretty much together then, that would be nice 😊when do you find out for sure when your transfer will be? I do Accupunture already and yes think it’s a really good idea.. do you take any supplements/ vitamins? Xxx
I have another scan on Monday so if my lining is looking good I will be booked in for next Saturday I think. Yeah it will be so nice to have someone to share the 2ww crazies with me 😂
I take pregnacare conception and I've cut out caffeine and trying to have a healthy diet with lots of fruit and veggies. Trying to drink more water too. I'm not doing anything particularly special but someone on here recommended 3 books that helped them: "it starts with the eggs", Zita West's "IVF diet" and "guide to fertility and assisted conception " so I'm going to try and see if I can look into those for any tips...
I'm glad to hear that you'd recommend acupuncture. I've heard lots about it on this forum but have never tried it so I thought why not?! Do you have yours on the day of the transfer or is it the day before do you know? Xx

I have been drinking a lot more water too, cut out alcohol and caffeine too. I go to Accupunture once a week and then on transfer day I go before transfer and then after, which is what most Acupuncturists recommend, yeah. Oh yeah I’ve heard of those books too. I also take pregnacare conception tablets.. and also drink a fertility tea, morning and night. Do you do the pineapple? 🤣xxx
I have done the pineapple 🍍 and the McDonald's chips 🍟 best bit really 😂... didn't make any difference unfortunately I think it's all up to luck overall! I'm less stressed than I have been so I'm hoping that helps ☺️ We will see how long that lasts! Xxx
McDonald’s chips?! I haven’t heard of that one? Do they recommend drinking more water too? I have been for a while now, it is so good for lots of things. Oh I know what you mean.. I always start thinking I’m a lot calmer this time, but then a couple of days after transfer and I’m a mess! 🤣🤣xxx
Haha yes McDonald's chips after transfer is something I heard about on the forums 😂 Something about the salt... but I think it's superstition and word has spread because it's a nice treat!
I've not been told to drink more no but just doing all the healthy stuff. Might do a bit of Yoga too and look into that ivf meditation app that I've read about on here. At least it will keep me busy!
Keep in touch and hopefully we can keep each other entertained during the 2ww by comparing odd twinges etc 🤣Xx
