I’m still in complete shock but I’ve got our first positive pregnancy test! I’m completely overwhelmed. As many of you know I haven’t had the easiest of IVF cycles after 3 cancelled rounds and even this last cycle not going entirely to plan.
I’m to ?stop my cyclogest pessaries and lubion today but a part of me still wants to continue. Does anyone have any advice regarding this? I had a fresh transfer. The worry regarding the next few months has already set in 😬.

Huge congratulations to you! I was never on progesterone injections but my clinic are keeping me on pessaries at least until my scan at 8 weeks but potentially until 12 weeks xx
Congratulations, the line looks strong. 😊 I’m on progesterone injections and will remain on them at least to 10 weeks mark. Definitely talk to your doctor and see if you can continue. Despite it being painful I find it comforting taking the injections.
Thank you! I’ve emailed my clinic with the result this morning, I’ve asked them about the progesterone and said I’d feel more comfortable continuing with the pessaries at least. Xx
Congrats lovely! amazing news! our clinic said to continue with both until 12 weeks but think all clinics vary. Know so much easier said than done but just take things a day at a time and you'll get there. Big hugs xx
Congratulations!! How exciting! My clinic kept me on them till 12 weeks but I had spare from other rounds and used them all up 🤦🏼♀️ Probably made no difference but anything for peace of mind ha xx
Wahhhhh EmGla!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻❤ Congratulations! I wouldn't stop my meds if I were you. Is it maybe they only have you enough until test day? My NHS clinic and private would have had me on them until 12 wks.xxx
Congratulations! This is such wonderful news and I’m so happy for you. You have had such a tough time and you deserve to enjoy every second of things now things are looking so positive. xx
Congratulations!!! Ask that you continue cyclogest till 12 weeks. Lots of clinics stop at various points but ask for a private prescription and just pay for them yourself. They are only something like 11p per bum bullet. If the clinic are being arsey, ask your gp
Congratulations! We're just about to start our first round, so unfortunately have no advice (yet) as haven't a clue as to what I'm doing, but just wanted to say how happy I am for you. ☺️ x
