I’m due to start my second round of ivf in the next few weeks. Ive booked a Spa Day with my friend on 19th Feb and if all falls as it should I should be starting my period on 17th and stims on 18th (short protocol). I have a full body massage booked on 19th, will I be ok to have this while stimming? x

Hi Sunshine. Massage is OK but do be careful with any oils that are used, as they can prevent implantation and also cause miscarriage. Oils can also interact with stims too. Check anything out thoroughly before proceeding. Good luck! Diane
