Sorry another sensitive post.. these cant all be false positives can they?

Someone commented on a previous post saying boots tests are notorious for false positives and now I'm just questioning them. Anyone else had experience with the boots 5 days early tests?

I haven’t but if I were you I would go out and grab a different brand of test just to be sure! I’m sure it’s a positive but the doubt would drive me crazy! Try a frer?x

I've not heard that about Boots tests, but that's good to know! They do all show positive, but I agree with KiboXX, get yourself another brand! The worry would stress me out.

I agree, I'd go out and get some more of a different brand, but I'd test another day. Give your hormone levels a chance to rise higher to be certain. I'd also suggest going to get a test done by your doctor.

Get First response brand, the sensitive ones that you can use 5 days early. Good luck! Try one tomorrow and one two days late to see progression. You could also consider Beta blood tests, instead of focusing on the lines. I hope all goes well for you!

I would say it’s very unlikely to have 3 false positives, but like others said try testing with a different brand of it will help ease your mind. And congratulations! Xx

Yeah I've already got a beta test booked. Tried a frer yesterday morning and was negative but theyve changed the tests now and they arent as sensitive as the used to be. Yeah I will go buy some different ones just didnt want to spend more money when I already have these Haha

Oh really?! They definitely work for me 🤔 Maybe try a clear blue early one than so it’s not a pink dye test?

They always worked for me as well, but then I've read some quite negative reviews from them recently. I'll probably end up getting one still 🤣

I agree with solly44. Unlikely 3 false positives. I would defo buy clear blue for reassurance.Good luck x
