The line has darkened since I took it but there was a faint line within the time frame! Just hoping for some line progression and positive beta next Thursday now!

That is a lovely line but have you got any first response? I took a boots one and it was positive. I read they give false ones so had my husband do one and his was also positive. I don’t want to bring a downer on your wonderful news I just wouldn’t want you to be like me ... it was really upsetting xxxx

I dont use first response anymore, they changed their detection numbers so they arent as sensitive. The tests definitely shouldnt have a pink line unless positive as it only turns pink if hcg is detected. There is always a line visable on boots tests it's just whether they change colour or not

We 100 percent both had pink lines. Probably not the case for you. Good luck 😊xxx

Yeah it happened twice with them as I accidentally picked them up last month too so just did one anyway. Came up pink straight away so got husband to do one and his was pink too. So weird. They did apologise. Sent them off and they give me a refund. I am sure it’s not the case for you but I did want to say maybe try another test as I was so sad when it happened to me. Xxx
