Do you need fertility information & face-face support from others trying to conceive?

Join our Shropshire & Mid Wales Fertility Group meeting on Wednesday 20th November.

You will be joined by Guest Speaker Hannah Robson. Hannah is an Emotional Wellness Coach who specialises in supporting women to manage their stress, anxiety and emotions throughout the journey of preparing for pregnancy and continuing on through labour/birth and beyond. She is passionate about sharing the tools contained within her unique emotional wellness toolkit called B.R.E.A.T.H.E. so that women can learn new strategies for best supporting them throughout life's challenging times. Hannah will be talking about essential oils, breathing and relaxation techniques and lifestyle and nutrition education.

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

If you can’t arrive at 6:30pm no problem; just get there as soon as you can.

The group is open to anyone affected by a fertility issue, both individuals and couples. It is very informal and provides a fantastic opportunity to get face-face support, meet professionals from the field, discuss services, listen to expert talks, and speak to others who really understand what you are going through.
