Confused🤯

So i started my bruserlin injections on the 14th september on day 22 of cycle(first day of period being the 23rd of augest) i had about 10 or 11 days of injections and i had a scan to see how i was doing and they noticed i had fluid coming from my tubes so they abandoned my cycle.. and i still haven't had a period. My question is would them injections make my period this late? I should have had a period around the 17th 18th october and still no sign..
