4dp5dt and I’m going crazy

As the title says I am 4dp5dt and I’m going crazy. Me and progesterone are not friends at all I am taking cyclogest morning and night plus lubion at night.

Since 1dp transfer I have had an on and off heavy feeling and cramps which I know is the progesterone.

The symptom watching is starting to get me down. Anyone else feeling this or got any tips xx

The 2WW is just rubbish, I get through it by just taking it one day at a time, perhaps pick up a new book, go out for a meal/cinema, just anything to distract yourself! I don’t get on with progesterone either, I always think it’s not until you come off the meds that you realise just how rubbish they make you feel! X x

I totally agree, progesterone is hellish! Its so cruel are it presents all the symptoms we want to see if were are pregnant. Hang on in there, you're 4 days down already. I think getting out into the fresh air for some long walks helps me, or immerse yourself into a good boxset helps take the mind off things for a bit. The most important thing is to not be on your own as I find that is when I start analysing everything on google!! Good luck.xx

That heavy and cramping feeling was positive for me in my transfer that implanted (but failed 2 weeks after) so fingers crossed that’s a great sign for you! I had cramps days 1 & 2 days after transfer and faint positive day 4!

This time I have nothing at all 🙄 so I’m obviously tormenting myself that it hasn’t worked 🙈.

Try to relax and see your signs as hopeful. Keeping busy like popping it for walks or just running some light errands, a nice bit of shopping all help!xx

I’m with you on this wait ... it’s torment! I’m day 7 today ...

Trying to plan some nice things to occupy myself over the weekend .. cinema ... and a walk for sure ..
