**scan day 8 update**

Evening ladies

Hope you are all well and having a great Monday!

Had my scan today and she counted 11 follicles and we plan on collection on Friday. She said 3 are ready to go but she wants to sacrifice one follicle as it means we may get a few more eggs waiting on the other follicles to catch up. She said lining was good too. Feel like this is all going too well so far 😂 really hopeful we get some good eggs and maybe one or two to freeze. Who knows?

Anyone got anything new to update ? Love hearing about how you’re all doing!

Had EC today. We got 7 eggs 🥚. Waiting to hear now tmw if any of them fertilise 🙏🏼🤞🏻... like a hurdle race ... each day a new hurdle to challenge us.

We have come so far now.

How are you feeling? How’s your emotions? I found I was much better at the latter end of Stimms then the 1st few days. Xx

That’s brilliant news... I was going to say eggcellent 😂😂yes I agree! Every stage is as stressful as the last. Did you have IVF or ICSI? When will you get the call? Fingers crossed for a full 7 !! Emotions are actually fine. I was angry the first couple of days but nothing really now.

Our call is today this afternoon ... hoping for little dimples in my eggs... the 1st little sign of fertilisation.

That's great news! How big were your follicles?

I had my scan today (I'm day 6), they found 27 follicles but they're not ready yet, (theyre between 6 and 12mm atm)... got another scan on friday but slight concern about being over stimulated! I was borderline ohss with cycle 2 so am hoping they dont all grow! Hoping for EC on Mon or Weds next week.

Follicles we’re between 15 and 20 so she said they’re doing well! This is my first round so I’ve had quite low stims but they said they want between 5 and 15 so it seems to be going well! Are you on short protocol? Yes you don’t want to be poorly with OHSS! Can they not reduce the stims for you?
