Natural FET vs medicated FET? Which one worked?

I just had a natural + trigger shot natural FET but ended in a chemical pregnancy. Just not sure if maybe going the medicated FET is the answer? My lining reached 8.4 before they triggered me and 11.3 after trigger...just can't figure out which path to continue down

I had 2 medicated FETs both unsuccessful,I also had 2 fresh cycles both ending in MMC. My last cycle I had a natural FET although still took prednisone and cycologest and now have a 4.5 month old. I would always suggest a natural or near as possible natural FET only because I feel like it was a lot less stress on my body x

Lovely to hear about your baby. Thanks for the feedback. I just had my follow up consultation and Dr is happy for me to go ahead with another natural fet. Think I'll push for Metformin, prednisone and progesterone too. Hopefully I'll be luckier next time. Thanks for replying xx

Glad you’ve got a plan moving forward. That’s the other thing I took, metformin and I took it all the way through my pregnancy. Wishing you lots of luck xx

Oh really. Did it have any adverse side effects? Dr said it can make you feel really ill...how is it taken?

In the beginning it can make you need to go to the toilet all the time but you just have to steadily up the dose if you’re aiming to get to 3x a day. Once your body’s use to it, it’s fine just make sure you take it with/after food x

Yeah but you can ask for a slow release tablet that you just take once in the morning but I was told it’s more expensive so they’re not as keen to give it out lol
