Transfer no. 5 complete 🤞🏻

I had a straight forward transfer today, 2 fairly good quality blastos. Hope to have one to freeze cause this is our last try before we re think. On night shift tonight, decided to just carry on as normal this time. No charge of role or time off. Still can’t decide if I should go to the gym or not?! Anyone else carried on their usual exercise routine during 2ww? Good luck 2ww’ers 🤞🏻🤗

Good luck xx

I was told during ET absolutely no house work 😅 and to just take it easy. So i feel i need to milk this to the max and ensure my husband gets his finger out!

Im planning on getting back to work and trying to keep distracted so it doesnt drag so just normal routine like you really. I was tokd to meet up with friends and plan nice things. Sounds great xx

So far I’ve been lazy but I was working this morning and just been to a friends to feed and water her kitties! I have to agree about doing normal stuff except for heavy lifting... it’s a definite no!! Here’s hoping we have good outcomes 💕 good luck! xx

Wishing you loads of luck! My clinic say no heavy lifting, jumping, swimming or vigorous exercise so I wouldn't chance going to the gym!🤞🏻🤞🏻xx

Ah sometimes it’s a good thing to just change it up and see if that changes everything.

Good luck with the 2WW xx

As long as you take a common sense approach I’m sure you’ll be fine. Good luck xx

Thank you xx

Sometimes it’s good to change things to see if that works.

For me what worked the best was not working at all during the 2WW. But my job is very stressful and I do heavy lifting all the time (ICU nurse).

My clinic said I could have a normal life but to avoid heavy lifting and jacuzzi/swimming pool.

Good luck with the 2WW, wishing you a BFP.

xx

Hi, thank you for your reply. I’m also in a similar role, I’m a paramedic. I’ve had a full cycle off the road and some on. The 2ww goes much quicker for me when I’m working but just have to hope the shifts are kind to me.

I always miss the gym during the cycles but another 2 weeks won’t hurt, so I think I’ll go for gentle walks and yoga.

Hope your ok xx

Im currently 18 weeks pregnant with my transfer number 5 so just wanted to wish you luck. I carried on as normal, I painted a garage, cleaned my house, stayed very active. Nothing high impact but I was more active than any other times. Best of luck xxx
