Hi guys, I had my FET yesterday two embies put in and praying with all my heart one or two stick. All went well, they said one is doing better than the other. I was so relaxed and positive yesterday. Didnt sleep very well last night and today I feel a little moody and stressed 😣 trying to force myself to remain positive but so scared of the result. Any tips to help me stay positive? xxx

I was on a downer with my second transfer so I had takeaways and tried not to dwell on things!I will say is don't test early (even thought I'm not a champion of this!) and out of all the bfps in two weeks time there isn't any reason why it can't be you. Eat some cake, watch good films, get some cuddles and picture that little one getting nice and comfy! All the best to you! ❤️ Xxx

Well here is a super virtual one from me! You have no control over the outcome of this now, its down to your body doing its thing. So have trust that it's going to and as I always say, know that nothing good ever came from negative thoughts so kick them out when they creep in as they have no place. Replace with a NO my body is great and this is my time! Rooting for you xxx

Aww so pleased it went well. Sending good vibes to you and the little embies! I don't think you can beat watching a few comedies or relaxing with a good book. I always think it's such a shame you can't have a bath during the stressful 2ww but anything else that makes you feel good is worth a try! Some people have recommended an ivf mindfulness podcast so that might be worth searching out? You are doing great 😘

Aw that's very kind ☺️ should have said my tests are not the exciting kind unfortunately just checking my blood for any issues before my next FET as I've had a couple of BFNs now. I kind of hope they find and issue so I can sort it but then also hope everything is fine. It's a right game isn't it?! Hope alls well with you xx

Oh I see, sorry! I did try and check your profile before sending my the message, but didnt see any recent/ recent posts, so sorry Oh that is a good idea though, defo and yes I know what you mean...if there are any issues, they can hopefully resolve them and then get your BFP! Yes ☺️ Thanks for asking. Everything came back okay, no issues at all with blood test results and they tested for loads. My vitamin D was just about in the right range so I need to continue taking supplements but I can go ahead with next FET so I'm really happy! Hopefully it will be third time lucky 🍀 good luck to you, I'll make sure I follow you 😁

No advice I'm afraid apart from rest up, maybe try some meditation (there is an ivf meditation app).

Ahhh like everyone else has said, nothing more you can do now, so just think positively, do anything that makes you smile, laugh and feel good and I also think the mindful ivf app is quite relaxing, so maybe download that later on, once you get home.

Best of luck to you! How long do you have to wait to do a test with FET? I really cant remember, even though I have done a few!! And am in the process of an FET myself xxx

I tested 5dp5dt and got an absolute squinter. I had to convince my husband it was there 😂

6dp and got a better line and a digital test said pregnant!

I’m 7dp today. First morning wee doesn’t work for me, later in the day I get a stronger result 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m not working at the moment but have stuff planned every day so I’ve been keeping busy. I haven’t done anything special, just take your vitamins and try not to go crazy 😘 xx

Take ur vitamins, dont anything strenuous or stressful and try to watch some addictive Netflix etc. I had a double transfer recently and now pregnancy with twins! I was really relaxed this transfer and kept busy. I know people say dont test early but I did at 9 days after transfer with a clear blue early detection test..really wishing u all the luck in the world!!xxx

I had two put back with my FET and one stuck. I personally do think the odds increase with two. Best of luck. Just believe it’s worked.

Sometimes I think when our mind/body is aware we want to get pregnant it prevents it. It may just be due to the stress, or might be natures way of keeping the population down. Either way try to relax and distract yourself doing the things you love.

I tried to laugh a lot and make myself happy so that my body had no reason to reject my egg or to believe I desperately wanted to be pregnant. Sounds silly but who knows 😊

I’m glad it’s helped. I think being relaxed goes a long way but its also difficult to escape the fact that it’s a highly emotional journey. I’m 26 weeks now and I had a host of symptoms but I’m aware that that’s equally not the case for everyone. Our bodies are all different in the same way that I continue to experience nausea going into my 3rd trimester but most women don’t. So if you have no symptoms don’t worry. It’s all very unpredictable and might as well be random given the little we know. Best of luck...x

No symptoms except slight constipated....but am ready for anything this time also ....it's my second fet and not much hopefully like first one
