I'm on the same meds every day following IVF transfer. Had very mild af type pains on and off throughout the week but nothing major. Then yesterday 8dpt...the most horrific AF pains (I usually have none). Wanted to just curl up into a ball. Now today...nothing at all?!

If you are on Progesterone it is likely that causing the af symptoms. Unfortunately it mimics af and early pregnancy symptoms just to mess with your head that little bit more in the 2ww. I find the pessaries the worst part of it. Wishing you all the luck xx
