Hi Ladies

I’m not from UK. I’m actually from South Africa (Cape Town). It’s just so hard finding a network of ladies I can speak to about our fertility struggles within my own community but somehow I found you guys (I hope you don’t mind)🌸

I’m having my FET on Monday after a failed fresh first cycle (it resulted in a chemical pregnancy). Any tips or advise please? Im so anxious about it🙁

Hi Shamz. Welcome to the site. I'm sure you will find support from the other ladies here. So sorry to hear that your fresh go at IVF resulted in a chemical pregnancy, and I do hope you did find some support at the time. Just make sure you eat a good healthy diet with some extra pineapple if you can. Drink plenty of water, and ask whether trying some heparin injections or low dose aspirin might help with blood flow to the womb lining and help to prevent any clots forming. Fingers crossed it goes well for you, and with a positive result. Diane

Good luck with your FET it’s definitely easier that a fresh cycle physically but sadly the 2ww is just as hard. No real tips sorry as getting ready for my 4th FET next month xx

I am trying acupuncture, I went for my first session on Friday and my next session is the day after my transfer.

I love pineapple but whenever I eat it I end up with cuts in my mouth☹️
