Crinone gels.. Exactly 12 hours apart?

Started the gels today, my portal just says twice daily.. Im wondering does it have to be exactly 12 hours apart?

When I'm working I leave the house at 5.00pm and get home at 9. 30 am. Would it be too big of a gap to do it thoses times? Or do I need to take them to work with me?

Personally I would take them to work. I do try to do my pessaries as close to the 12hrs apart as I can .xx

Hi aamiller. Could you try fitting one in(excuse the pun) at work somehow. You could perhaps go for 10.00pm and 10.00am perfect! Diane
