New edition of It Starts With The Egg

Hi! For those of you who read the first version of It Starts with the Egg, did you pick up the updated version? Is it worth doing so or is the information more or less the same? I'm debating on whether or not to pick it up

The main think is the author said she realised her first edition had made life more stressful than intended so lots of the recommendations have mor balance this time around.
