Low AMH at age 25!!

I have a low AMH and low quality eggs too .iam also over weight does that effect my egg quality?? If yes what can I do to improve my egg quality.will reducing weight help me with AMH as well as egg quality??cause iam young n jst really don't understand y do I have low AMH and poor quality eggs....and on top of that I have abnormally long tubes which it makes difficult falling pregnant naturally though my tubes are open ...last ivf I had only follicles retrieved and only one reached to a blastocyst and got a bfp but a blighted ovum on 8 weeks n lost everything.Is my weight effecting my AMH n egg quality??

Anybody with d same situation!!??? please do reply n help.....
