Evening all. We had our transfer 15th April and told to supply a sample of blood 10days later, doesn’t that sound too early? Pregnancy test is negative this evening. Waiting for blood results probably tomorrow.🤞

I had my transfer on 16th I was told to wait 14 days to do a test

That's fairly normal for a blood sample. To be honest every clinic is different, with their testing dates. Mine is day 10 for bloods and day 12 for urine. In the UK my clinic was day 14 for urine as they didn't even do bloods! Wishing you loads of luck!!🤞🏻xx

Thanks for you reply Cinderella5. I didn’t think too much about it at the day of transfer when she said blood test 10days from now. Why call it a 2 week wait then? Also I was never advised to take a home pregnancy test. Don’t know if this matter but we went private. Xx

It’s usually the remaining time after the age of your embryo or blastocyst, so 5 day would be 5 + 10 = 15 days (2ww). Most private clinic want bloods to confirm rather than a urine sample. Hope this helps. Good luck xx

Thank you! Even though the nausea is a killer.

Well, I bled 8dpt and as I did on my fresh, and on the same day, I thought I was out of the game again. We decided to do a home test 9dpt to just get the negative result and move on. Seeing those two lines appear I honestly nearly fell off the side of the bath. Bleeding, pains etc doesn’t cancel you out. I’ve bled for a week after and baby was there strong so whatever you read take with a pinch of salt etc.

Please just relax, I know it’s hard, and try go with the flow. It’s the longest 10 days ever but I went and had reflexology, acupuncture and kept busy with people who didn’t know what was going on x

I had my bloods done 9 days after my first fet x. This time the clinic have changed their protocol and I had to do urine test on day 11 and 13 xx sending lots of luck xx

Lots of clinics do day 10 bhcg especially if t was frozen transfer or didnt use hcg trigger on fresh transfer.

Thanks to everyone for your support but a BFN this morning. For me anyway no line at day 10 was definitely not a good sign. Anyway, I frosty left.🤞

I had a fresh 5day blastocyst transfer on 17th and my doc asked for HCG on 24th.they say if blastocyst transfer they will know and will look for small number.in blood test. I was asked to repeat test tomorrow which is not even 10th day as results were not full negative nor BFP.

my clinic did blood test on day 10 it was positive but i never did try a home pregnancy test
