I didn’t have many “symptoms” any I had could’ve easily been my period coming!

I had breast pain the only slight difference was my nipples were also sore ( tmi I know!)

I had cramping 4/5 post ovulation & then more cramping 12 days after ovulation which were very painful. I was convinced my period was coming & had written the month off but it never arrived & I’m 32 weeks.

The early pregnancy symptoms & pms are pretty similar & impossible to tell apart. Most women unless TTC won’t even know they are pregnant till much after the missed period. Symptoms tend to kick in around 5 weeks that’s when I experienced severe fatigue ( that was my second symptom after breast pain)

2WW is awful try to distract yourself as much as possible ( if you can!)

Wishing you the best & hope you get good news of a BFP ❤️xoxo

Sore boobs. Mild lower backache - feeling like I was going to get af, BIG time, it felt identical xx

I had 3 bfps through IVF, 2 of which ended up in early miscarriage and 1 resulted in my son being born. They were all different symptoms wise, in fact with my son I had no symptoms other than a bit of niggly cramping from about 3dpt. My husband himself even commented that he didn’t think it had worked as I wasn’t tired or anything.... started to get faint positives using first response from 6dpt (very naughty testing early I know...) xxx

Cramps were a good sign for me - mild cramping all the way through 2ww from about day 3. Also sore boobs, but that can be from the progesterone too. Hope these cramps are a positive sign for you xxx

Other than cramps that felt like my period, not a single symptom!

Nothing, no symptoms at all. In fact when the nurse rang with my blood result I heard her wrong and thought it was negative and couldn’t understand her happiness. She had to repeat quite a few times before it sunk in. Symptoms kicked in during the 6th week. 2WW is so long and drives you crazy with symptom spotting. Just get through each day at a time. Hope you get your good news soon xx

I’ve had very similar symptoms with BFNs and BFP so for me there’s really not much to go by - I had sore boobs with my BFP but had spotting and cramps with both outcomes x

It was impossible to interpret the symptoms but looking back, I was very tired and the day after the transfer I had to sleep twice during the day. I also had cramps on and off, twinges. My boobs were sore and nipples went darker. All these can be also due to meds. My friend had symptoms with her 1st baby and none for weeks with the 2nd. I hope you get a positive result 🤞🏻xx

From the responses it’s impossible to tell isn’t it ! Everyone is different, I’m crampy tired, low mood today ! Same as AF ! But that’s what progesterone does :/ ! Only a week to go 🙈

Nothing! Exactly the same for my BFN and my positive. So if helps: don't expect anything, don't wish for any symptom, try to ignore them, don't google, don't make asumptions. TWW is just a horrendous test for our mental health!!😅

Best of luck xxx

I couldn’t really tell the difference between BFP & BFN on my IVF cycles. I had cramping & sore boobs for both. I made an effort not to try to symptom spot as it all feels so similar between period & preg signs. Good luck hun xx

I had a random symptom of sneezing, from the day after transfer and basically every day for the first will. My previous bfps which ended in cps I had a bit of sneezing but nothing to the extent I had this time. I also had some twinge an feeling like I needed to stretch my side and felt bloated. Good luck xx

I was crampy but not until 5/6 dpt I was adamant I was getting AF. I was very teary for a few days. I had these weird feeling in my tummy like a full bloated feeling. All very similar to coming on though. Tww is hideous. Preserve though. Good luck. 🤞

Perservere not preserve lol

Cramps were a good sign for me too. O started to cramp on and off from day 5, like my period was coming but it was far too early. I didn't have any other symptoms in the 2ww. Good luck, I hope it's good news for you xx

A week before my period was due I was very tired/fatigued and very hungry! I got a foot long sub and ate the lot! 😄 my temperature was still up on the day my period was due so I tested and got a BFP. It was weird because I was feeling uterine cramping then for a couple of weeks and it felt like I was about to get AF but it never came! I went on to have a boy. Good luck! I’m in tww again now.

How does everybody know when they’re period was due because they told me my date for my period wouldn’t be accurate as they have been controlling my ovulation. I’m having the WORST cramps and it’s only been two days since my ET

I had cramps after embryo transfer & it was good thing for me. I used an app on my phone to track my periods but luckily my ivf ran inline with my natural cycle my period was due test day xxx

They weren’t really bad but they were quite strong for the first few days, it could just be because you’ve had a pulling about from egg retrieval ? What about ohss ? Have you had any symptoms of that. Xxx hope your ok x

I know what you mean, there was a few times through the tww I felt like I was going to get my period and I didn’t. If anything my cramping has stopped now since getting my bfp and that’s worried me more, I wish I felt something. The worrying never ends 💕 I’ve got everything crossed your af doesn’t show and it’s implantation cramping xxx
