Weird IVF symptoms

So we are 6 days into this cycle and 4 days into the jabs and I am pooped.

I thought I had no symptoms at all but I have to keep reminding myself we are only on day 4 of jabs and everything's going to go turbo mad after tomorrow when the antagonist gets thrown into the stabby stabby mix too. My OH says I'm very sleepy... I didnt notice it but I'm on leave anyway and having lots of naps which is quite usual for my time off!

I've had a headache I cant shift despite copious amounts of water and squash for the last 3 days, the clinic have told me that's completely normal. I'm a bit bloated and can now feel my ovaries when I scrunch up into a ball (weird yoga poses). I get ovarian pain anyway through a normal cycle so I imagine this one is going to top them all!

My sense of smell has gone into overdrive, I think because of the headaches being a bit like migraines that hasn't helped much.

My husband says I've been quite reasonable so far... he was strongly warned I would've lost my sh*t by now and stapled him onto the front of the house as an example to all men to put the toilet seat down and pick up their socks and pants after they take them off. But like I say still early days... 😂

Next scan is tomorrow to ensure all the eggs are growing well... but not too well! No overstimming here please 🤞🏻

These symptoms are totally normal 😊

....your DH should be prepared! Stapling him to the house sounds about right!

On about day 6 I lost my mind. Exhausted. Angry. Snappy. Singing one minute then freaking out another...

Just remember, it’s all over soon!

My doctor said injections cause symptoms like a four month pregnancy.

If you have strong symptoms it means the hormones are doing there job 🤗

Just try and relax and have LOTS of rest

All these symptoms sound exactly like how I was...and then I did get VERY hormonal lol

Thank you, I keep saying to my DH i think the hormones are coming! And hes like nooo it's all good... they've just lulled him into a false sense of security!
