So I’ve been in and out the least few weeks having lots of scans and from Friday to Monday my follicles haven’t really grown plus I’m also at risk of OHSS as I have so many follicles.
Docs made the decision to up my menopur to 300iu to give them a boost. I’ve felt quite poorly today and bloated plus feeling really nauseous.
Should I be worried it is just side effects of increasing my menopur? Xx
I think you should check with your clinic as bloating can be a sign of OHSS.
Hi Mrs_SP. I'm sure they're keeping a close eye on you, but you must start drinking plenty of water, just in case your ovaries start to work overtime. Keep an eye on your urine output, it should be plenty and light straw coloured, if not then see someone. Should your ovaries play up, they may decide to freeze your embryos that are created, and wait for you to calm down again and do a frozen embryo transfer on a natural cycle. hope all works out |OK.
