Sperm analysis test

I took my sperm test and my sperm count is 141.8 M/ml, total motility 37% and progressive motility 30.5%. Sperm motility index is 208. Please advise if this is normal?

15-200 million per ml is a normal count, you fall within range.

40% or more should be motile which can include progressive motility.

As for the index - no idea what this is. I think your normal - probably above
